The role involves overseeing the management of content KPIs, ensuring they are aligned with Deezer’s objectives and performance standards. Additionally, it includes leading and coordinating the local content team with 7 professionals, guiding their efforts to effectively achieve our content objectives. Another crucial aspect is serving as the primary interface between our team and Deezer headquarters, facilitating communication, collaboration and the implementation of strategies integrated with the company’s broader vision.

Content area
→ Development of Originals Content Programs and Special Projects.
→ Management of the local Music and Non-Music Channels
→ Define portfolio and negotiate content partnerships for Non-Music channels (Podcasts, Live Radio, others).
→ Development of content partnerships with Media Groups, Labels, Artist Managers, Journalists, Blogs, Venues, Festivals, etc
→ Develop a local content strategy to differentiate Deezer offer in the market, identifying local Heroes and implementing 360 strategies.

Artist Marketing area
→ Engaging with label reps, distributors, and artists to plan releases and marketing campaigns.
→ Promoting Deezer to these stakeholders, emphasizing its features and reach.
→ Identifying local media partners to boost Deezer’s Artist Marketing campaigns.
→ Ensuring local activities align with the global strategy, adapting for local nuances.
→ Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing ongoing campaigns, reporting on outcomes.
→ Monitoring music trends on Deezer and sharing local performance insights with the global team.
